SAGA.imagery_vigra.4: Watershed Segmentation (ViGrA)

Note that the watershed algorithm usually results in an oversegmentation (i.e., too many regions), but its boundary localization is quite good.<br/>Based on the code example "watershed.cxx" by Ullrich Koethe.
